23rd Annual Black River Falls Karner Blue Butterfly Festival Craft Fair

  • Hand /Home-Made Arts, Decorations, Books, Crafts, Jewelry, Etc. are encouraged!
  • Only the first five (5) Direct Sales Companies with paid confirmation will be accepted.
  • Each space is approximately 10’ x 10.’ The space fee is $30 per space ($40 after June 22nd)
  • Artists and crafters are responsible to provide their own tent(s), umbrella, table(s) and chair(s).
  • Set-Up can begin at 7:00 am (The Festival Staff will be available at that time).
  • We encourage you to use the BLUE BUTTERFLY theme as much as possible.
  • No food items may be sold in your space. Food vendors are separate registration.
  • The committee reserves the right to refuse or deny any vendor that does not comply.
  • Payment & picture of items that you sell and/or display is required to be sent with your Registration Form. Each registration will be reviewed and vendors that fit the appeal of the festival will be selected. You will be notified via E-mail or Phone (if no e-mail is provided) from the committee if you have been selected or not.
