Black River Falls Karner Blue Butterfly Festival Food Vendor Information

  • Payment must be sent in addition to your Registration Form. Registration does not guarantee placement as a food vendor.
  • The space fee is only $50; with electric hook-up it is $55. AFTER June 10th, the cost will go up to $60; with electric hook-up $65.
  • Each space is approximately 10’x10’. Vendors are responsible to provide their own tent(s), umbrella(s), table(s) and chair(s).
  • We encourage you to use the BLUE BUTTERFLY theme as much as possible.
  • Set-Up can begin at 7:00 am (The Festival Staff will be available at that time).
  • You are allowed two (2) 110V outlets. You MUST utilize heavy duty 14-gauge extension cords at the minimum. 12-gauge preferred. NO 220V!
